What is the Topol Review?

The Topol Review (2019) was commissioned by Health Education England to set out how the NHS workforce must be prepared for a digital future. Key recommendations included digital literacy for all staff, specialist training in genomics and AI, and new roles in data science and clinical informatics. It led to the creation of the Topol Digital Fellowships.
