What is the CCIO-CNIO-CIO triad in NHS digital health?

The CIO leads technology (infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery), the CCIO provides clinical leadership for digital systems (ensuring safe, effective clinical care), and the CNIO leads the nursing, midwifery, and AHP digital agenda. The most effective digital programmes have a strong CIO–CCIO–CNIO triad, because technology without clinical ownership fails, and clinical vision without delivery capability stalls.
