What are Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and their digital implications?

ICSs are 42 regional health partnerships in England (since July 2022), each comprising an Integrated Care Board and an Integrated Care Partnership. Digitally, they create geographic boundaries for shared care records spanning multiple providers, population health management platforms, unified digital strategies, system rationalisation, and single digital front doors for patients.
